Ladd School has an anticipated vacancy for Head of Maintenance. Candidates must have strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently as well as within a team. Must be able to design and execute preventative maintenance programs. Must have both knowledge of and experience with cleaning and maintenance.
