The Class of 2025
Tonight, we send off the class of 2025! Join us tonight at 6:00 pm to congratulate and say goodbye to this amazing group of students. As they move on from Ladd School, we wish them all the best in high school and beyond. They are bound to do incredible things. Congratulations, Class of 2025!
Retiring Staff
We are also sending off two very important ladies at the end of this school year.
Paula Burkman has been a paraprofessional for the students of Ladd and Bureau for 21 years. She has been a dedicated part of our staff and has always done whatever she can for the benefit of our students. Mrs. Burkman has worked in a variety of capacities in her time here and has always put our kids first. We will miss her greatly and wish her the best in retirement.
Becky Raineri has also been a dedicated member of our staff for 21 years. Mrs. Raineri has been our head cook, working every day to make sure our kids were taken care of and had their bellies filled. She noticed when kids weren't eating, checked in on students when absent, or made sure an extra snack got to kids in need. She is truly here for the kids and makes them feel that way each day. She will also be greatly missed.
Thank you to both of these ladies for their years of service at Ladd School. They have both made our district better in their time here. Congratulations and thank you for all you have done for Ladd School.
Echo Bluff
Thank you to the staff of Echo Bluff for their support and generous donation this week. Our students were set for their end-of-the-year field trip to Echo Bluff on Wednesday, but the trip was not possible due to the weather. In response, Echo Bluff came to us, sending staff with supplies for stations here and at no cost to the district. Our kids had the best time and it was a wonderful way to wrap up the year. Thank you to our committee who worked hard to make that shift
Awards Day
We will have our annual awards day for K-7 students on Tuesday, May 27th. Parents and families are welcome.

Last Day Of School
Wednesday, May 28th is our last day of school for all remaining students. School will dismiss for the year at 1:00 pm. We hope you all have a wonderful summer and cannot wait to see you all back in the fall.
2025-2026 School Registration
Fall Registration will be held on August 5th from 1:00-5:30 in the Charles A Fiocchi Gymnasium. Information will be sent during the summer.

The Board of Education meeting was held on Tuesday, May 20th. Information regarding the meeting can be found on our Board Briefs page.
Countdown to the End of the Year
The countdown is almost complete! There are only two days left of school for the 2024-2025 school year! Tuesday is Year-End Cleaning Day before we Zip UP and head out for summer on Wednesday!
