The Ladd CCSD 94 Board of Education is seeking to fill a vacancy within the Board.
Qualifications to serve as a member of the Board of Education include:
Be a citizen of the United States
Be at least 18 years of age
Be a resident of the Ladd CCSD 94 School District for at least 1 year
Be a registered voter
Applicants may NOT:
Be a child sex offender
Hold another incompatible public office
have a prohibited interest in any contract with the District (information regarding Conflict of Interest available on the IASB Website)
The individual selected will serve on the Board of Education from the date of appointment through the next election cycle held April 2027
A Letter of Interest and Resume should be turned in to the District Office at 232 East Cleveland Street, Ladd, Il, 61329, marked ATTN: Nathan Fiocchi, Board President. Applications should be postmarked no later than November 4, 2025.

Applicants should show familiarity with the Board’s policies regarding general duties and responsibilities of a Board and a Board Member including fiduciary responsibilities, conflict of interest, and ethics and gift ban. The Notice of Vacancy will be published in the local newspaper and posted on the District website.
Interested and qualified candidates should submit a resume and letter of interest to the District office at 232 East Cleveland Street, Ladd, Il, 61329 marked ATTN: Nathan Fiocchi, Board President. Applications should be postmarked no later than November 4, 2025.
The Board will review applicants and select those applicants it wishes to interview in closed session.
The Board will conduct interviews in closed session on November 18th, 2025.
The Board will appoint the new Ladd CCSD 94 Board of Education Member in open session.
