Preschool Family Event
Our Ladd Preschool Program held their first family event of the year with a visit to Boggio's Orchard & Produce. Thank you to all of our families for joining us on this fun day!
School Pictures Are Available
School pictures are now available for order online. Parents should have received an email from Jen Heredia Studios with a link to place your order. Parents also received an email from Principal Jasiek with direction to place your order if you did not receive your link. Questions on school picture orders can be directed to Jen Heredia Studios.
Dismissal Procedures
We want to make sure we are doing everything possible to work with parents to keep our students safe. Making sure that students are dismissed as parents intend is part of keeping them safe. This is a reminder to parents that if there is a change with your child's regular dismissal procedures, it is essential that parents communicate directly to the office at 815-894-2363. Changes will not be accepted from the student directly to the teacher, from a parent to the teacher verbally or by email, or from a parent to the bus driver. Communication needs to come to the office so that the office can communicate to all parties involved to make sure that your child arrives home safely. Thank you for working with us to keep kids safe.
Parent Teacher Conferences
Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held on November 12th and 13th from 4:00-7:00. Parents can sign up for a conference time through PTC Fast. Please get on line and sign up for your time slot for all your children's teachers. We hope to see you all there.
BVEC Concert
Congratulations to our BVEC Band (Below) and Choir (Above) members on their successful concert this week. Ladd was well represented with our dedicated musicians, who were praised for how well they were prepared. Thank you to Mrs. Ribas for her hard work and to our students for their dedication and preparation. They represented Ladd School well this week!
Fine Arts Survey
Parents we need your help! We are looking for the best ways to improve our fine arts programming at Ladd School and we would love your input. If you have not already done so, please fill out the Parent Fine Arts Survey and let us know how you would like to see us improve in fine arts.
Yearbook Orders
Yearbooks are now available for order. Parents can order yearbooks through Treering by creating a free account. Please note, all orders for yearbooks must be placed online. Yearbook orders will not be possible after the deadline. The Deadline to order yearbooks is February 1, 2026.
