5Essentials Survey
Every year, ISBE requires all school districts to distribute the 5Essentials Survey to students, staff, and parents. The 5Essentials Survey is a critical component of the school improvement and accountability system in Illinois. Districts are rated on the participation and responses of these three stakeholder groups on the Illinois School Report Card each year.
Please help our district by taking 10 minutes of your time to fill out the 2024-2025 5Essentials Survey for Ladd School. We greatly appreciate your time and support!
